Q. Where are you located?

ACI Design Studio is located at 1425 E. Douglas, Suite 1C directly across the street from ABODE Venue in the heart of the Douglas Design District in Downtown Wichita. Access is easy, either park on the street right in front of the studio, or park in the parking lot behind the building.

Q. I need furniture for my business, how can you help?

Whether you need furniture for a new or existing space, it can be daunting to visualize and execute a plan that will allow employees to be productive and keep employees and customers inspired. ACI works close with our clients to understand the daily workload of each employee in your organization, as well as the needs of your customers and clients. ACI thinks outside the box and develops several space plans that explore all possible configurations and functions all while working within the parameters of an existing space.

Q. Does ACI Design Studio sell residential furniture to the public?

Yes. We have a long history in the residential furniture market and want to take care of our former ABODE Home customers. While we specialize in commercial furnishings, we still have the same residential furniture offerings you came to love at ABODE.

Q. Can I buy online?

Because of the complexity of some furniture purchases, we feel it is in your best interest to speak to a sales consultant directly about the items you want.  He or she can then discuss any specific options, particulars about certain finishes, and lead times. If you are unable to visit ACI in person – which will always provide you with the most thorough view of our vast selection, then we are delighted to assist you with your purchase via phone (316.440.4944) or by e-mail info@acidesignstudio.com.  Our sales consultants are ready and willing to help!

Q. Can you help with flooring and paint selection?

ACI has partnered with hundreds of flooring companies that specialize in carpets, woods and ceramics. Making a flooring selection has never been easier. ACI has an extensive library of paint and stain finishes and can give guidance in selection.

Q. Do you have designers on staff?

Residential - our staff of designers can help you make your selections, however if you need a more in depth interior design plan, we partner with the best Interior Designers in Wichita an are more than happy to help you locate a designer. 
Commercial Interiors - this is our niche. We have designers on staff who specialize in space planning, ergonomics, and can help you plan your job from start to finish.

Q. How much will it cost?

Having apprehensions and concerns about costs is normal. That is why ACI gives you the big picture early, when you need it. Through our needs analysis, space plan and furniture selection we are able to give you complete budget projections and offer leasing options so you can conserve your working capital.

Q. What is your return policy?

At ACI Design Studio we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We want to provide an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages you to shop with us for years to come. On the occasion that you receive a product that doesn't work with your decor, our customer service staff is just a phone call away and will help guide you through our easy 30 day return policy.
